Important Dates
April 26, 2025 – Vendor application deadline
May 3, 2025 – Vendor acceptance results announced
June 1, 2025 – Non-refundable deposit deadline
July 31, 2025 – Vendor Sponsorship Agreement submission deadline & Final booth deposit due (Late deposits may result in booth cancellation)
1. Eligibility & Application
Vendors must submit a completed application by April 26, 2025.
Only approved vendors will receive an acceptance confirmation on May 3, 2025.
All vendors must comply with local laws, health, and safety regulations.
2. Payment & Fees
A non-refundable deposit must be paid before June 1, 2025, if chosen as a vendor.
The final booth deposit is due in July 31, 2025 (Late payments may result in booth cancellation).
Additional fees may apply for extra services such as electricity, water, or special permits.
3. Booth Setup & Requirements
Each vendor will be provided a 10x10 ft booth space (booth locations are assigned by the organizing team).
Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, and chairs.
Setup and takedown times must be strictly followed, as communicated by the organizers.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth clean and ensuring waste disposal.
4. Product & Service Guidelines
Vendors may only sell the products or services listed in their application.
Counterfeit, illegal, hazardous, or offensive items are strictly prohibited.
Food vendors must submit Special Event Food Vendor Notification to Alberta Health Service.

Vendors must maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward customers and other vendors.
Any violation of event rules may result in immediate removal without a refund.
The event organizers reserve the right to make final decisions regarding vendor participation.
